Originally I had two nights booked, but due to a flight delay in Newark I missed my connecting flight from Dallas to El Paso. I spoke with someone at Expedia who assured me they had spoken with someone at the hotel at that my reservation would be held until the next day. When I arrived, however, the staff informed me I was marked as a no show and would have to speak with Expedia. When I informed them I had already done so, they informed me the manager that the Expedia rep had spoken with wasn’t in that day and there was nothing they could do. Super unprofessional.
