Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the city trash can was full and the fence by the front door was broken. The seal at the bottom of the front door had a noticeable gap and we had small criters and moths indside the house. The home was cute however paint and carpet need work, and a lot of dusting and window cleaning. Both the couches were filthy. There are no tvs in any rooms but the Master and it didnt work at all. For familes that are staying for a extended time, there isnt a washer or dryer. El paso is hot! I would recommend adding more home touces such as extra linen, towels, tvs that work! And maybe some board games to allow families to enjoy being inside the home.

The bottom of the house was wonderful, but the top part was not, restrooms upstairs was not flushing, the carpet was hideous, the sofa in the master bedroom was broken, and no washer and no extra towels, it was disappointed, lovely view of the mountains, I would tell the owners to upgrade their home this is the Northeast area you should be proud of your location there are very limited homes out there in the Northeast for Vrbo

4.5 star stay.
Since there is no option to give half stars, I had to give 4-stars. However, this place was really 4.5-stars. Very clean place, with decent amenities. I would stay again. The only knock is the lack of linens and blankets. There were no extra blankets or pillows if needed. One of the beds (the twin), was very soft. There was no washer, but a dryer was available. Also, there were no extra instructions in the house; I thought this was good and bad. Good because it felt like a home. Bad because we were uncertain if we needed to perform certain task before leaving, or how to use certain things. Communication with the home owner was great. I would recommend and stay again.

El Paso project
We rented this home for a couple months and it was perfect. It was very spacious, well appointed, and absolutely spotless! Geno and Janette are excellent hosts. They are very responsive, and helped us out a lot during our stay. Will be booking for another extended stay in the immediate future.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home..the best part is that its pet friendly..It was super easy to get in touch with owner if we needed anything and she was very helpful when the washer quit working she had it fixed right away..we will deft rent this vrbo when we come back to El Paso

Decent for the rate but needs some attention.
The cost was cheap and the house was in decent order however the beds were very cheap and not comfortable. The washer and dryer did not work. The house is very near to railroad and if your a light sleeper can be annoying. The owner was very nice.

House with wonderful Owners
I really enjoyed my stay at the house, I had to reach out to the owners 2 or 3 times with questions and she was very kind, always answered my phone call right away, and was able to answer my questions. My son misplaced an item and I contacted the owner a couple days later to see if it was at the house and she went out of her to go to the house and search for it herself! I will always be appreciative of that! The house is very clean and roomy, I would definitely stay here again!
