"Was definitely a “Cozy Cottage”! So very welcoming and homey right when you walked in. I was able to check in early which helped out a lot! Communication was very easy with fast responses! Location was great for OCC downtown area! We even saw 3 deer in the front yard one morning! Definitely recommend if looking for a quaint, cozy spot! "

"The cottage couldn’t have been cleaner and stocked with more essentials. Location in “the canyon” was fun and separated from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs! Yet…a few minutes you were wherever you wanted to go…Manitou…Zoo…Old Colo City. Every evening there were deer looking in the window…lots of trails to hike within walking distance of front door…. The hosts were great at communicating and descriptions were spot on! Details…they were all about them! The only negative on our stay...
