"This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. The balcony was lovely but I didn’t really open the curtains much because windows look almost directly into the room. "Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"Mara was welcoming and very helpful for local tapa bars & restaurants. She helped us with an early morning cab which was wonderful. Would stay at the Opera House again. Simple, clean, good local location in between the main Valencia sights. "

"They didn’t mention that the owners of the property will stay with you in the same house. Even it is a fancy duplex villa, but you will not feel free to stay with others in the same place. Maybe it will be suitable for a single person. But I think it is not for couples. The area is so calm as it is far away from the city noise. "

"The hotel is in a perfect part of Valencia in the Plaza de La Reina. So beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful stay! "

"Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast. "

"I stay often here, the hotel is clean, the staff friendly. It is directly outside the metro for the airport and Valencia city, though you can walk into the airport from here. My ONLY gripe is that I cannot make a coffee when I wake up as no kettle etc. Other than that....... However, that said, I still stay here for convenience, you know what you are getting and the cost is good. "

"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service including for paying. We waited 1/2 hour for service which is no acceptable. Management take note on your super star Elena. She made our stay great including reservations for the new years activity. "
