"The staff at this hotel definitely went out of their way to make sure I had a good time especially a gentleman name Renato ! The housekeeping staff were excellent and always making sure you didn't need anything cleaned or any towels !"

We had very specific needs that seemed to have been fulfilled by the listing including number of beds, proximity to the ocean/beach, a kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. "The condo is in a luxury resort situated in front of a gorgeous uncrowded beach. There is a open air restaurant and bar as you walk into the resort. Two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar. The resort itself is about 25 minutes west of town. We have been to Puerto several times and this was our first time staying in this area. It was close to the lagoon and the national park and great for exploring. There was a little glitch checking in, but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay...
