"i need to speak to someone about refund because i couldn’t stay due to the unsanitary condition the property was in. there were dogs and the owner slept on the property and locked the main floor away from us. i need someone to contact me please"

"As a newly listed property around Batroun, The villa offers a unique experience in a remote yet not far away Village of Zen 20min away from Batroun. The architectural beauty of the place which blends in with the surrounding provides the visitors a panoramic view from the rooftop especially on sunsets and early mornings where one can see the sea and it's the horizon and indulges in the golden hours of sunset. The interior is as interesting as the exterior with lots of vernacular and steel...

"The townhouse was great and had a nice view. It fit our extended family well. There isn't much in the immediate area other than a small grocery store, but the nature reserve and the two of Eden is nearby. The only minor problem we had was that the lock on the front door needed to be fixed before we could enter which took a few minutes. "

"Place was cozy, clean and comfortable, however it was missing few thing to make it better. 1 - No shampoo 2 - No slippers 3 - No cleaning tools (broke a glass cup snd couldn't remove it cause only a sweeper wad available) 4 - No tissues (there was a tissue roll in the bathroom only) Over all stay was great and would recommend to friends, but these improvements would make it better."

"Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone "
