"They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them "

Housekeepers came often to keep it clean, and they changed the bedsheet whenever they came.The Villa has a nice view .Personally I had a good experience using the pool. There were no problems in the pool. I would recommend going there based on personal experience."

"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us.
