"Villa location nice and quiet with a short walk to bars and restaurants. Villa exterior well maintained and roomy. However interior dated, with damp and musky smell in main bedroom. Wooden window frames rotten and black. 6 sunbeds all extremely worn with one broken. Water from air conditioning making parts of outside wet and slippy. Pool shower did not work and looking at earlier reviews has not worked since at least January. Bedding was also old and discoloured. Contacted agent who apologised...

"Nice spacious villa and outside area, handy location with coastal walk, Faro Park shops, good choice of restaurants and bus stop for Playa Blanca bus30. Pool heating issue on arrival was resolved promptly with immediate responses by host and maintenance team. Taxis seem in short supply in PB at moment and buses bit hit and miss so would recommend car."

It is well located and close to the main strip. The host was easily contactable and was really helpful during the stay. "This villa has loads of space both indoors and out. It is well appointed throughout, which made our stay really comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good, making occasions when we ate there really easy. The washing machine was greatly appreciated as was the dishwasher. The bedrooms are all generous in size and comfy. "Lovely little villa which was perfect for our stay. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the beds were comfortable, lots of space for us all to do our own thing with the outside space and two lounges, great to have English Chanel’s and Netflix on the TV and the kitchen had everything you could need. The marina is beautiful with lots of great bars and restaurants and is a 15 minute walk away. We had a lovely time. "

"Villa had everything needed for a relaxing stay by the beach. Was great to swim in the pool every day (my son did cut his foot on something sharp in the pool presumably left by previous guests). It was a nice touch to have some oil and spices available for cooking. Wound recommend."
