"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff are brilliant, the room with a sea front view was spotless and felt like new. The shower was the best I've ever had. We even had enough clothes hangers, a rarity. Breakfast was good and the pool area although the water was fresh, was great to relax at. Could not fault the hotel at all, will happily return."

"The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach...it is a bit dated in the rooms but your not on holiday to be in your room i suppose 😂 pool area is nice plus drinks r always nice & cold which is a bonus. The main thing letting the hotel down is the food its very repetitive and not the best in the forat place 😒"

"Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort. We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well. Any disappointment we felt was more around the island itself, which doesn't offer a great deal for the visitor who doesn't want to sit by the pool all day every day. But we were saved by having hired a car and we explored what little there is on the island. Secrets is a 4 * hotel which is comfortable and welcoming and a relaxing place to be. "

"Excellent stay and back again in January. The option to have a better room with a view would be good post booking and also rooms do need a little updating, but overall an excellent stay and looking forward to being back in January, this time for 20 days ! :-)"

"First time we had stayed at this property. We were recommended by friends who had stayed previously. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 2 adults 1 child and there was more than enough room. The apartments were clean and tidy. There was plenty of activities for children to get involved in throughout the day. The Flamingo Beach is right on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants 2 mins walk. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-15 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach via the coastline with lots of bars restaurants to choose from. Great week and would definitely recommend. "
