"William was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was in a gorgeous location and very peaceful. The skiing in Farellones was not ideal and we travelled up the mountain to Valle Nevaro most days but this was an easy drive and staying in Farellones was preferable because of the warmer weather and gorgeous sunsets. "The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The pool and sauna as part of the spa was very lovely. The service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and it took a while to get someone's attention when we needed it, but it was a great vibe. "

"This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises."
