"The employees went above and beyond for my stay and it was literally a 5 - 10 min walk to the ski ticket counter at Cerro Catedral. Jacuzzi tub worked great the and the daily breakfast with coffee and fresh juice was always a nice way to wake up. You set the drop off time! Not to mention worked class skiing where Patagonia meets the Andes. I’ll be back for sure! La Base for rentals!! "

"Amazing views. Super comfortable and luxurious. Check in was weird but could have been a language/WhatsApp barrier. Had a washer/dryer in the room as well as a full kitchen. Full wall picture window overlooking the lake. Indoor/outdoor heated pool and sauna. Water pressure was amazing. "

"Positives: Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra. Negatives: Overpriced for what your...

"Passei uns cinco meses sonhando em ir para o suítes del lago,por causa da vista e da piscina. Queria descansar e passar o dia inteiro na piscina aquecida. Apesar de ser verão estava bem frio. Chegamos e para minha decepção a piscina estava com aquecimento quebrado. Ou seja,meu sonho foi jogado por água abaixo.
