"Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. "

"I love the brand new building and all the hanging plants around the balcony was pretty. The kitchen had all ample utensils for cooking. The bathroom was beautifully put together. "We were there for just a one night stay. Clean and all we needed to crash after a long day! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard as well. The owner was a little more chatty than needed but was very kind. No wearing your shoes inside which seemed a little odd as our feet were dirtier than our shoes. "Great location and close to a couple nice restaurants and bakery. Nice to have washer and dryer as an option even though there was a limit to 1 load during our stay. Checkin was simple and clear. The condo was nicely decorated with adequate kitchen amenities provided for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time here and felt the price was very reasonable. We loved trying out the traditional coffee maker with the coffee that was provided as well!"

"Spacious accommodations and friendly host. Host was responsive and very helpful. Beautiful views but in the Lake Arenal area, which is quite secluded. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. It was a very pleasant stay, but not in the location listed."

"This is such a hidden gem! It was a bit trickier to find with my shuttle bus but Gabriela was outstanding communicating to provide me with directions and reference points ahead. When I walked in, I was in awe. It was the perfect tiny home with luxury of daily necessities. Everything was immaculately clean, with many thoughtful touches to make it as comfortable as possible with strong wifi, tv, air conditioning, kitchen, crockpot, kettle, electric grill, microwave, fridge, laundry line, etc....

"Overall our stay was lovely, the area is gorgeous, the house was clean, we were provided ample breakfast food and the restaurant next door was affordable and delicious.Unfortunately the house is rather drafty, and we had ants come in more than once. There was also construction going on right outside the house which was a bit noisy and distracting. Although, to be fair, the owner did warn us of it, but we weren’t aware of it until after we arrived."

"On the property lives 2 roosters which are very loud (and beautifull). And you have to feed them otherwise they will scream non stop. They start to beg for food around 4 am.
