"We stayed here for night but had an enjoyable and pleasant stay at Posada El Prado. The rooms were on beautiful well-maintained grounds with views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was extensive and included DIY fresh squeezed OJ, breads, baked goods, cheese and meats, coffee, teas etc. We arrived late the night before and the proprietor stayed up to let us check in. "We had a lovely time staying in Salta and exploring the city and going on the day trip to the Salta Grande. The hotel felt luxurious in a very close walk to the main square and was a great price! The gym was FABULOUS and had lots of equipment for cardio and weight. We saw locals who had gym memberships there as well. The breakfast buffet was also nice and we also had dinner at the restaurant and it was quite tasty. Some people on our tour came back to eat there a second time! Overall 10/10 experience. "
