The location of check-in was a little confusing upon initial arrival as it’s not staffed or labeled, but the dogs let them know I was there so they came out to check me in."

I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management...
