"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "

"The villa is everything that is advertised and we had a wonderful stay at Erase Una Vez. The villa has everything you could possibly want, including a welcome pack. There is a stock of herbs etc, as well as soaps, washing up liquids etc. The villa is off the beaten track, with some hairpin mountain roads, however the roads are fairly quiet.
