The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!"

"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor was all dirty. This was in the afternoon already. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The staff was correct, yet not friendly or amenable. I could see they do not have any past experience in hospitality. "

"It was clean, staff were kind and attentive, breakfast was decent. All in walkable distance to the trail heads/ski lifts and have two bus stops outside."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete all of the details for checking in. This was all in Spanish so the staff had to translate accordingly. It took over an hour of work from myself and the staff of the other hotel to gain access to the apartment an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and this is the service we get. Given the circumstances the staff should have immediately sent us the code to access the key and collected the remaining information, deposit and local taxes the next day. On top of that we only received one key which then made the whole stay hard work. The shower barely functioned and the water went from hot and cold, we had one set of towels for a family of 4 for the whole week. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and I've never expereicenced such poor service."
