"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

"The property was exactly as listed. Quite central to Vilanova with a lot of lil restaurants and shops within walking distance. Xavi and his partner made us feel right at home and we were able to communicate despite our Spanish speaking limitations :). The thing to be mindful about is that the property does not have its own parking, has paid parking next door and free parking around 5-6 mins walk away. That slight inconvenience apart, I would definitely recommend the stay and will look to be back...

"Lovely spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner/manager(and family) was very helpful. Great location for young children with the local beach sloping gently for quite away out. A few cafe's close by and some of the beaches had toilets and showers. However, as the apartment was so close to the beach this did not matter. Included car parking spot in underground garage was very useful as there was parking charges for the carpark and street parking. Local supermarket was about...

"We have just finished a very nice two week holiday here. The apartment had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and nice area to sit beside it. About 15 mins drive to beaches at Sitges. We took the bus from Sant Pere de Ribes when going to Barcelona, this was easy enough and took about 55 minutes. The room stayed nice and cool throughout with the air conditioning."

Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. Clean and quiet apartment (stairs up to the terrace are steep) with well equiped kitchen and laundry. Good value."

"This is a beautiful place to stay. Fina and Jaume were the most hospitable of hosts and their condo was the best equipped we have ever been to. Spacious, welcoming, and comfortable, this is the place tio be in Calafell. The train station is an 10-minute walk, so it was easy to spend a couple of days in Barcelona, but it was easier to just relax and rest on the balcony and listen to the waves."

"The apartment was very affordable and the location was relatively quiet. It has no air conditioning, but it is not hot at the beginning of June and you have a pleasant air from the sea. We had a great view of the sea and the beach from the balcony. Facilities were very good and very clean. The service of Villa Service was very courteous and friendly. "House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud. There are high power lines that run just 100 meters from the back yard ( these are the huge towers that run power to cities) and at night the powerlines hum...
