"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. "Has everything you need, very convenient to where we had to go, in a few occasions we left the keys inside and Lorena the manager was kind enough to go and open the property for us, we had to be at the airport by 3am, Lorenas kid helped us to load the Van, we are a family of 9 it was amazing, highly recommend it"
