"Magical Place!! the best in all of Guatemala! A haven of peace, nature, fauna, culture, good food, on a tranquil lake (even the crocodiles are vegan) marvellously integrated in the jungle around - WITH AN ONSITE MUSEUM (they didnt mention this one!) canoes, bikes, just a gorgeous, idyllic place for a perfect nature get away . One hour away from Tikal, the most stunning Mayan Ruins (forget Chichen Itza,) the staff goes out their way to accommodate all your requests, and for once here is a Guatemalan resort that is not trying to rip you off or fleece you with hidden charges., its worth to get their transportation to the airport - the airport mafia will ROB YOU, and charge you much more. I will want to come back to this paradise - Look at the list of elated guests: Dona Karan, Morgan Freeman, Ben Stiller, Collin Firth.... Expedia guests: this is the place to stay in Flores!"
