"Pros: The staff were the best thing about this property. Ariel and everyone else were super, all were friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better. We liked the location near the center and found it convenient to get there and to the Convention Center. The price is a good value. Overall we were happy. Cons: Things improved day by day but we were not crazy about the continental breakfast options -- too many sweet things, instant coffee, etc. We had a lot of trouble with the internet,...
