Casa Mar Azul offers oceanfront luxury and serenity at this estate in the quiet community of El Cardonal on the Sea of Cortez. The casa has 3 Bedroom suites with bathrooms within the main house.
Enjoy a pristine beach with crystal clear, swimmable blue water and amazing snorkeling, a huge outdoor patio area with spectacular views, a huge lap pool, outdoor BBQ and pizza oven, kayaking/paddle-boarding and many other activities that can be arranged by our concierge, Samuel.
The main house has 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms with large living space and open kitchen. The living area opens on to the huge patio overlooking the pool and the Sea of Cortez.

This house does have a whole house generator that will automatically turn on.
When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power, water and internet outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
