"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Matosa and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Communication with the owner was great, and the house was well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. Our only problem was the pool was not heated and the weather was not as warm as it normally is at this time of year so with two small children it was...

"This was a family event/vacation for eleven people ranging in age from 3 to 77 from different places in Europe and North America. The lovely villa was ideal with pools and beach nearby. It was beautifully equipped with everything for meals and games, etc for children. Our host, Nanette could not have been more helpful or gracious. "

"Best villa we have ever booked absolutely spectacular. Couldn't get the kids out of the pool its massive. The villa surrounded by a high wall given a totally secluded environment. Close to shops, 7mins to a fantastic beach which goes on for miles. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic nothing was any trouble. If your thinking of this area you Couldn't go wrong booking here we cant recommend it highly enough. We will be back. "

"Hi It is a nice villa. We were unlucky that the previous guests had been there 1 month so they were rushing to clean it as probably needed more than usual, so all the floors were wet on arrival. Negatives: 1Air con is in 1 room out of 4. This could be clearer in the description. There is another air con unit outside 3 bedrooms, and then one in lounge. Pool lights didn’t work whole week we were there. BBQ has instructions how to light without the self ignition but if you have started cooking...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Jual. Very convenient location, closed to beautiful beaches, small villages such as Vejer and also close to Cádiz. The house is well equipped, everything working. We spent most of the days visiting places and it was great to come back and enjoy a swim in the pool and take dinner outside. Totally recommended, we will come back again 🙂."

"Ein wunderbares Haus, um eine gute Zeit zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Andrew und Maria war sehr gut und der Check in/out absolut hervorragend. Lediglich die Küche ist zur Versorgung von 8-10 Personen etwas klein. Mit nur zwei vorhandenen Töpfen war etwas Kreativität gefragt, jedoch war alles im machbaren Rahmen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in einem schönen Haus, welches liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Der Außenbereich hat uns absolut begeistert."
