A family house for summer vacations, perfect for 4 and max to 9 persons.
Located in the center of Playa San Juan and Playa Muchavista, 9km seacoast, you will get to the "Blue flagged" beaches in only few minutes by walk 700m.
The whole house is on one floor:
- 4 bedrooms,
- kitchen, living-dining room,
- 2 full bathrooms and 1 wc-laundry.

Terrace to enjoy the summer evenings with the gas BBQ Weber.
Garden 1200m2 and a large 4.5x9m pool with night lighting (NO protection for small children.)
Parking space for one car in the garden, you can park more cars for free on the street in front of the house.
