Casa Las Acacias

Nice family house with large garden, barbecue and swimming pool, family friendly. Located in a private residential area in Cerceda, just 40 minutes from Madrid.

The house has fiber optic Internet, which allows to telework comfortably.

It is a very nice house, surrounded by large trees and green, which welcomes its guests and makes them feel at home.

The house has 2 floors with 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 3 living rooms, one of them with fireplace and a large terrace with south orientation, which allows you to enjoy sunny meals throughout the year.

The large garden has big trees and has barbecue and large paella, so you can eat and spend the day outdoors.

The swimming pool and garden stairs are protected by fences that can be closed if there are young children.
