"We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. I was with my wife so we used the upstairs areas and only turned on the bedroom AC at night. Most of our time was spent in the outside covered...

"The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it."

The beach inside the complex is amazing Caribbean white sandy beach with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Road was good and easy to access the complex and house. The location was great to access main facilities (Clubhouse, Rancho Santana pools, multiple dining options, 2 of the 5 beaches, gym, stables, etc.). The view was fantastic and perfect for watching the sun set. Great kitchen and A/C in house! Communication with the property management company was stellar.
