"Hotel gave me early check in when I arrived 7am. They made taxi reservation for my ealy flight. Hotel locates on safe area and close to San Francisco church. You can walk to museums or Mi Teleferico stations. The cafe is good for lunch. Chicken soup at the restaurant was very salty. "

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. One of the highlights is the stunning view; especially from the 7th floor, where you get a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. It’s truly a relaxing and breathtaking spot to unwind. Additionally, the hotel was very flexible with check-in and check-out, which was incredibly helpful since we had a couple of tours during our visit. Highly recommend!"

"This does not pretend to be nor is it a normal hotel. This place is the only game in town when you have a 3:20am departure and you want to make sure you are sleeping at the airport. It did the job for us. It is very Spartan, and they make no claim to be anything else. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are glad we elected to stay here. At least we got 5 hours sleep before our ridiculously early departure for Bogota."
