"Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. Windows in room do not lock so noise outside kept us awake at night, Overall we enjoyed our break but would never go back to this hotel."

"Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub,...

"For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back. "

"Wasn’t worth the money charged. Was more of a Camping/Caravan type holiday than a hotel all inclusive. Not much to the resort, zoo and water park experience is 3 days at most. "
