"Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"

"Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. Twin houses are nicely layed out with nice furniture & fully equipped kitchen . Not hesitant to recommend it to travellers to the Northern coast...

"Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. "

"Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast...

"I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two.
