"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

"It was a very nice place to stay while we were in Munich for Oktoberfest. It is a bit of a hike to the train station, but once you figure out the route and the times it works fine. Note that the washer/dryer is in the Owner's residence, and not in the rental. Overall we had a great time and our stay was very comfortable! The Owners do a nice job of communicating before and during the stay."
