"This hotel was amazing. We had originally booked a different hotel, which turned out to be completely misleading. After a stressful search for alternative accommodations, this hotel welcomed us right away and had a room ready almost immediately. While the room didn’t have a view, the location was perfect—within walking distance of everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed made our stay even better. Although it was slightly on the pricier side, the quality and service made it well worth it. Highly recommend! "

"3 night stay for start of Switzerland tour. So convenient short walk to tram stops. We received early checkin which was a real bonus after 14 hr flight Rooms are small but comfortable lift is tiny but we were on 3rd floor and used the stairs. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The city was doing major drainage so cab had to drop us off up the hill from hotel. Not an issue for use 70 year olds but there will be some people that wouldn’t be able to cope with the disruption "

"Great location, lovely and helpful staff. Hammed was extremely helpful and kind and welcomed us to the property. We were offered an upgrade and the room was perfect and included a balcony and kitchen. We stayed for 3 nights in total and left our luggage there for a night while we travelled. Breakfast was fine but could have included more hot vegetarian options."
