"Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room."

Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. "The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"The hotel was hard to find because the building had literally changed color and material since the photo on the various booking services was taken. The entrance was confusing with a very welcoming glass door towards the reception, that was locked, but an unlocked much less visible door nearby. The reception door didn't even have an arrow pointing towards the "actual" entrance, but a sign stating what phone number you should call if it was locked, suggesting even more it is the main entrance.
