"A well maintained small hotel. The staff are friendly. Tuan is the desk man, bar man, breakfast man, etc. Working hard and staying friendly and interested and interesting. The dinner was nice. I got the mussells and they were fresh in a tasty sauce with some crusty bread. Huge portion! I couldnt finish and I can eat!"

"The view, the yard, and the home interior were all gorgeous. It felt very much like a home, and we settled right in. The coal heating was a bit of an adjustment but my middle son.and I had fun figuring it out with the provided videos. Would absolutely stay again."

"This B&B is truly excellent ..very clean new triple glazed warm and quiet ..... it is a new building and the rooms and bathrooms can not be faulted The owner does a good breakfast and is very knowledgeable about the area. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Armadale Castle, the view from the place was amazing. My husband and I went during their off season so they place was pretty much to ourselves, I personally loved how quite it was and how close the store was to the place. We plan on booking again when we go back to Scotland."

"In many ways more like B&B rather than hotel. Public bar downstairs. Breakfast very nice and owner friendly and helpful. Set in a small village with very nice surrounding countryside. My only criticism would be that it was quite expensive for a B&B. "
