Welcome to this inviting house, which awaits you surrounded by nature and from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the countryside. Gather the whole family for meals in the cosy kitchen and look forward to pleasant evenings by the cosy crackling fireplace.

The terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Enjoy the sun and the panoramic views or relax with a book. Later you can enjoy the long summer evenings and serve a delicious evening meal from the barbecue.

You will spend your holiday in Maurset, the gateway to Hardangervidda. In summer, the area offers fantastic opportunities for hiking and fishing in mountain lakes with good trout stocks in Hardangervidda National Park. Excursions to Dyranut and Kjeldebu in beautiful natural surroundings are suitable for the whole family. Hardangerjøkulen is also a popular hiking destination between Eidfjord and Ulvik. Just a short drive from the cabin is the spectacular Vøringsfossen waterfall, which is a beautiful sight to behold. In winter, you can enjoy your days at the Syssendalen ski centre and on the groomed cross-country ski trails near the cabin.
