"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

"Well, our stay didn’t start off on the right note which was cause for some disappointment off the bat, but we soon overcame that. Our issue was that the hotel does not keep staff in the reception unless you call them to tell them you’re coming. I don’t know about you but if I book a hotel and I don’t show up, I’ll get charged. "Very nice, spacious room and a nice property. Only major qualm is with the flies- our room had a handful of flies (dead & alive, maybe 40), which are present because of the waterfront location. The main issue was that, while understandingly semi-unavoidable, there were a LOT of dead flies that I feel could have been taken care of by the facility.
