"Cute place. Worked well for our needs. Very clean and cozy. A few small items, there were many steep steps we didnt know about and someone from our group who is still healing from hip surgey and it present a challenge. Also we had to follow up for details about check in twice. Once in the property no problems with replies. It was very warm on the top floor with only 1 fan. Having all the windows open sure helped. Love that there was a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. "

"The property is well located and modern. However as the former guests had vacated the apartment several days earlier the building’s heating system was turned off, and only turned back on once we checked in. As the apartment is on the ground floor and a large portion is below ground in this lovely old building the apartment never really warmed up. "Great communication with a friendly host. Check in was easy, including a thorough walk through of the unit. New and modern apartment that was in perfect condition. Easy access to house and our apartment with a key. Short walk to Magdalenenhof Weingut (good restaurant and vinothek). 20 minute walk to tourist area and boat/train stations. We had a very enjoyable time in Rüdesheim."

"Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay. "This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. "We spent a week in Idstein. The town is really pretty and the apartment is comfortable although it is quite hilly so the walk into town was certainly good exercise! Plenty of hiking and cycling paths. Good choice of restaurants in the town. Lovely landlady!"
