You live in a 2016/2017 completely renovated and modernized cottage with separate bedroom, large living-dining-kitchen with additional usable stove, bathroom (WC) and anteroom of about 70 m². Directly behind the house is the garden. 

Our house is located in the health resort Carlsfeld at 848 m above sea level in a quiet, yet central location, ideal for 4 to 5 people. Our non-smoking house has a fitted kitchen (large ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle), satellite TV, DVD, CD radio, lockable bicycle and ski storage, charcoal grill, outdoor seating area, cot, High chair, children's toys, board games.

Location:
 The house is located in Carlsfeld, one of the most beautiful places in the upper Erzgebirge, which is also considered the most snow-sure. It is located directly on the high trail and has direct access to the Kammloipe. From us you can inside of 10 km both the Vogtland and Eibenstock, the Auerberg and Johanngeorgenstadt, with vehicle border crossing to the Czech Republic reach.
The municipality Carlsfeld is 840-920 m above sea level in a hollow of westerzgebirgischen comb countryside. It is located directly on the border with the Czech Republic and the Vogtland. According to its geographical location Carlsfeld counts the snowiest place of Saxony. 50km of groomed trails, a 400m double surface lift with a snowmaking machine on illuminated ski slope and a ski school are at guests' disposal.
