"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "Thank you for your hospitality. The entire staff was so friendly. This hotel is so beautiful and our view was amazing. We highly recommend it. "One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day! "

"Interesting hotel in the center of the city. Suite was generously sized. Front desk staff assisted with dinner reservations and that was super helpful. I’d definitely skip the morning breakfast ‘for a fee’; wasn’t worth the cost and there are so many local patisseries around with delicious choices."

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe)."
