Villa in the heart of Eguilles, exceptional view, swimming pool, 10 min from Aix en Provence

Our house can accommodate up to 9 people.

Located 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, in a quiet residential area of the village of Eguilles, it offers a beautiful view of the Aix countryside and the castle.
The village center and shops are within walking distance within 300m.

The swimming pool (9m x 4m), fenced, faces south, with the shade of the hedge very pleasant in the middle of the afternoon.
Next to the swimming pool, you can enjoy the barbecue, a boules court and a table tennis table.

The house, on 3 levels, has no vis-à-vis.

Upstairs, we have a large master suite with bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with American kitchen and a large veranda fitted out as a dining room. A terrace allows you to eat outside.

On the garden level, you can find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the swimming pool and a shower room with wc.

WC on all levels.
Private garden and parking spaces.

We like to exchange with our future tenants before any commitment to establish a relationship of mutual trust.

SEJOUR TRÈS AGRÉABLE
Nous avons été reçus par les charmants propriétaires de cette maison. Tout était propre aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur avec de petites attentions, c'est toujours agréable ( sauf le barbecue que nous avons dû nettoyer) La maison est fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, les chambres sont agréables avec beaucoup de rangements. A l'extérieur, le paysage est idyllique. Un calme très appréciable, une piscine avec une taille idéale, un terrain de pétanque parfait pour les fins d'après-midi :-)).

très bon séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont des personnes charmantes. La maison est parfaite et pratique ( conforme aux photos et à la description), nous etions 2 familles de 4 personnes. Nous avons tous adoré la piscine chauffée, terrain de pétanque et terrasses extérieures. Nous avons aussi pu visiter les alentours qui restent à proximité : cassis, aix en provence, marseille. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour ce bon séjour

Perfekte Erholung weit ab vom Massentourismus
Wir waren im Juli 2019 in Equilles. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Beschreibung des Hauses entsprechen der Realität. Es ist perfekt geeignet, um sich weit ab vom Massentourismus zu erholen. Dazu trägt auch der große Pool bei. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Aix, Marseille, in die Calanques oder in die Camargue. Strände sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieter, die sehr sehr freundlich sind und den Urlaub perfekt vorbereitet haben. Familie Fischer

Des vacances au soleil !
Une petite semaine de vacances dans une maison très chouette, spacieuse, bien équipée, avec une grande piscine. La région est très belle et la ville d'Aix est pleine de petites rues à découvrir (malgré les travaux....). Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles pour toutes les questions. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Maison impeccable et très agréable. Vues magnifiques sur la campagne Aixoise, nos quatre petits-enfants ont pu profiter au maximum de la piscine idéalement chauffée. Région à découvrir.. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil

Schöne Ferien in der Provence!
Lage des Ferienhauses zentral. Haus sehr schön, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet. Pool ideal. Näher Umgebung mit schönen Baumanlagen. Einkauf in der Nähe möglich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Superbes vacances en famille
Nous sommes partis à 2 familles et la maison est vraiment superbe! Village très agréable et calme. Maison spacieuse et idéale pour séjour en famille, la piscine était parfaite. L'avantage: au calme tout en étant à proximité des villes comme Aix en Provence. Beaucoup d'activités à faire, de paysages à découvrir. Séjour vraiment génial. Je recommande cette location. Bien sur propriétaires très accueillants et toujours à notre disposition.

Très jolie maison idéalement située près des commerce du centre ville, mais aussi très au calme et sans aucun vis-à-vis. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour des vacances paisibles à plusieurs autour de la jolie piscine. Située idéalement à 10 minutes de la gare TGV et 10 minutes de Aix-en-Provence

Très belles vacances
Le gîte est spacieux et fonctionnel pour passer de belles vacances familiales. A quelques minutes d'Aix, dans un village paisible, nous avons profité du site avec nos 5 enfants. Entre ping pong et piscine, moments de calmes à l'ombre d'un olivier, nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve. L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires confortent à recommander cette location... sans modération.

Idéale pour vacances tranquilles en famille
Cette maison se situe dans un très beau village au calme avec toutes les commodités. Très grande maison ( nous étions 7 personnes ) est idéale pour des vacances reposante en famille. A 10 minutes en voiture d Aix en Provence. Cette maison dispose de tout le confort pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Maison idéale pour des vacances avec enfants
Maison très agréable, moderne, spacieuse, très bien entretenue dans laquelle on se sent bien dès que l'on y entre. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine avec 3 adultes et 4 enfants et y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La piscine est grande. Les chambres des enfants incluent de nombreux jeux et livres. Les photos du site internet correspondent à la réalité. S'il y avait une critique moins positive à faire cela serait qu'il manque une grande table pour manger dehors et que les allers et retours dans les escaliers forcent à bien s'organiser ! La vue est exceptionnelle, le village d'Eguilles est très mignon, il y manque simplement un petit bar sympa où prendre un café après le marché !
