Notes: The large garden is closed by a gate in the alley to the street side. Therefore, small children cannot enter the street immediately. As free time in bad weather there are swimming pools in the neighboring village of Bergen and in Alkmaar. Near Egmond there are many recreational opportunities. It is also possible to cycle through the dunes and then take the train to the towns in Castricum.
