"The hotel was very good but the service from hotels.com was disappointing. We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. All the hotels were way too expensive I had no choice but the To take hotel 40min drive away from st ives. The customers service from hotels.com was very poor,...

"A beautiful and interesting cottage situated in the centre of the village, it’s no more than a couple of minutes walk anywhere. Everything you need is provided, it’s light and airy, clean and well maintained and with great views. This was our second visit and we’ve already booked for next year so, I guess, that says a lot!
