"The good thing about this place is the location. Besides that the toilets have black ringside yuk! I felt sick, and even my husband notified the reception. When, we arrived they just look at how I was struggling to walk and carry the luggage , but offered no help at all. They were rude and it wasn’t till the next day that I was able to get persistently by me, asking for another room and I think it’s terrible.
