Cancelled on us on day we arrived
Our family of 5 arrived at Heathrow at 10 pm to see an email that our host had canceled. Host did not email us and we just received a message from VRBO. VRBO did not automatically book us a hotel. We spent an hour and half booking a hotel and only ones available at midnight are seedy. We should have been at our home at 11 pm but didn't get to our hotel until 2 am. HORRIBLE start to our vacation!! Beware booking with this host. Poor communication.

Poor heating, the home was average. The host communicated well with us. However, i was not happy with hidden charges that was explained to me later during my stay.
