"Every so often, when the stars align, everything falls in to place. My first visit to Norway (Oslo) and the sun was breaking all records apparently. The hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent (though we subsequently had an issue with the Samsung TV), clean and well maintained. The views were great. Breakfast - well that was lush. The staff were brilliant. The food was amazing and the choices were outstanding. We walked from the train station to the hotel, only a 25 min amble. Area was clean and seemed safe. No excess noise."

"Lovely staff who went over and above to help. We turned up on a busy Saturday night for dinner and the lady at the front desk ran after us after a spot for four opened up suddenly, very kind. We were on floor 5 and could hear quite loud, clear music until the early hours though."
