Located at The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor, WI, this beautifully appointed main-level end-unit condo in the desirable Harbor building is situated atop the bluff and features magnificent panoramic views of the waters of Green Bay and the Alpine Golf Course. The exceptionally updated, fully-equipped kitchen has all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen opens to the updated dining and living room area which also includes a sofa-sleeper for additional family members or guests, and an adjacent patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom with queen-sized bed, closets and full bathroom have also been newly renovated. Flat screen TVs with cable and DVD player are located in the living room and bedroom, and secured wireless internet is included and accessible in both the condo and throughout the resort.

Our rates are typically at least 20% lower than Landmark, and we do not charge extra for guests #3 or 4. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount for stays of 7+ days, and a 10% discount for longer term stays of 28+ days.

This 42-acre, year-round resort located in the heart of the Door County Peninsula has numerous complimentary amenities, including a fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, a SALTWATER-indoor pool, whirlpool & steam room, picnic areas with gas barbeque grills, walking trails, and tennis, basketball & shuffleboard courts. Each building also conveniently has its own whirlpool, steam room, & laundry room. The on-site EV charging stations are FREE to use as our guest! Just a short walk from our unit, the onsite Carrington restaurant offers relaxing, casual dining with amazing views of the Bay and surrounding landscape.

Great condo for a visit to Door County
My wife and I rented this property for a long weekend to see the fall leaves. It has a nice view of Green Bay and is centrally located to parks and little towns. Landmark and this specific condo are great for a cozy weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable.

From arrival to leaving our stay was exceptional! The property and grounds, the condo and view of the lake were wonderful. Condo was fantastic! We have stayed at the Landmark Resort many times. It is a beautiful setting with a fantastic bay view. Our room had this view, the décor was tastefully designed, and the bed was very comfortable. I would return to the Landmark every year for the scenery.

Natures paradise! No noise or light pollution. Beautiful resort. Great pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Friendly people. Great food and service at the restaurant. My spouse and I stayed here to visit the Dark Sky Park just 40 minutes north. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We already can’t wait to go back! Thank you.

We had actually stayed at this resort many years ago. The unit was very nice, plenty of room for the two of us. All of the furniture and supplies were very good. The view was beautiful. It checked all of our boxes.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, we love Door County and this resort is the place to stay. Very easy access to parking, grilling, seating, pool and many walking paths. Also great views of the lake and gorgeous sunsets. Highly recommended and will stay agin.

Great Spot
This is our second time staying here and it is a great location for My daughter, Daughter-in-law and I to explore Door County. Easy to get to and Nice pool area inside and out. The room is clean and nice size. Also convenient that the room is on ground level. We always feel comfortable here and will stay here again next year.

We stayed in another unit in the same building before we stayed in this unit. This unit was all updated with stainless steel appliances and was much better in its location - so convenient to the pool, parking lot, etc.

Great property. The Landmark resort is a calm, private feeling resort that has multiple buildings close to eachother with two outdoor pools and one indoor. Walking paths connect the properties and the Carrigton restaurant. It was a very peaceful experience. This particular property was an end unit on the ground floor with easy access to the out door pool and parking. 10/10 would stay here again!

Lovely property with amazing views!
We've been coming to Door County for 40 years and must say this is the BEST view we've ever had! The condo was well equipped for our needs, clean, the pool & hot tub were an added bonus. Fantastic views from the unit & on the 2 walking trails on the property. It was a perfect stay for a mother/daughter getaway. Highly recommend this property & the owners were very responsive to our questions. We will definitely return.

The property was ideal as far as location and personal amenities. We definitely would consider staying at Landmark again, but possibly in a different unit. Ours had a faint smoke smell that permeated everything!
