The property has a beautiful wood burner which heated the property as well as central heating.Large kitchen/dinning room/ sitting room so if cooking you do not feel left out from the rest of the group/ family. The garden was large garden fir Bbq would be great for BBQs."

"We are a group of 5 ladies who have been friends for 35 years and love our weekends away . Rye is a fabulous place and the house in a perfect location in Rye. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy. The beds are extremely comfortable with lovely quality linen. Check in was ok, although we did need to ask for help as the directions to find the right gate weren’t altogether clear. We got...
