Staff were excellent but room needs to have some repairs (toilet not secured to floor, one bed had a broken support bracket and some corner cleaning needs to be done). Continental breakfast had a good variety.

Service is always great; room was not up to expectations however. The heating/cooling system had broken/missing buttons so heated to 79 degrees or cooled to 60 degrees only. There were rips in the curtains and there was no coffeemaker; the front desk assistant got one for us though.

This is convenient to the interstate but it did not seem clean and my room specifically smelled like cigarettes. I slept for a couple of hours and left around 2am the smoke smell was just too much.
