"It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly "

"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable. I would argue that this should not happen. I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back."
