The perfect home base for any season, the condo features peaceful views overlooking the Eagle River and an ideal location close to both Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts, downtown Edwards, great golf, and hiking trails. You'll also enjoy direct access to private hiking trails and fishing areas right from the complex. Additional community features include a pool and hot tub.

The private, oversized deck comes furnished for outdoor leisure and there's a dartboard in the garage for casual happy hour entertainment. A cozy fireplace sets the scene for at-home downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for easy home cooking. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the Roku-enabled smart TV or set up your laptop at the dedicated desk for some remote working.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Getaway
We traveled from Minnesota to the Vail Valley to experience Oktoberfest. We were surprised how much we fell in love with Edwards and all its great shops and restaurants, along with the awesome condo. It was adorably decorated with ski decor, so clean and slept everyone in our large family!

Parking
We were allotted two parking spaces, One outside in front of the garage door and the other inside the garage. The space inside the garage was probably ok for a small sedan or similar. With large suv or truck- opening the door getting out of or into the vehicle would have been almost impossible without banging into a side wall as the garage itself was very narrow. In addition, the garage space had been shortened by the presence of shelves and racks inside. It was noticeable that other guests and or owners in the area had to put the garage door partially down on top of their pickup beds, etc.. because of the short garage overall lengths.

Incredible place to stay!!
This property really is a home away from home. The hosts could not be more friendly. The place is a perfect set up for a gathering with friends and family, and is located in an ideal spot for visiting all that Colorado has to offer. I will be back :)
