The residence is a short walk to Arrowhead Village, which leads to miles of hiking and mountain biking on Beaver Creek Mountain. Tennis, pickle ball and a shared community pool surround the residence for more summer recreational activities. Plus Arrowhead is a quick drive to many local golf courses and concert venues like Ford Amphitheater in Vail and the Vilar Center in Beaver Creek.

The residence is located within a 3 minute walk via heated sidewalks to Arrow Bahn express lift, offering direct access to 1600 acres of skiable terrain on Beaver Creek mountain in the winter.

Centrally located within the Vail Valley, you’ll be within minutes of all the mountain lifestyle has to offer – skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, pickleball, shopping, dinner, theater, concerts, movies and more!

The quiet, sunny, top floor residence features vaulted ceilings, new wood floors on the main level, expansive windows, wool carpet in bedrooms, slate kitchen floor, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and full-size in-unit washer and dryer. Plus a gas fireplace with beautiful stone hearth. Warm, mountain modern décor throughout.

This spacious 3-bedroom condo has two-levels. Top level has an over-sized bedroom with a king bed with pull-out double couch and the other has two twin beds. Upper-level bedrooms have access to the large bathroom with dual vanities, shower and soaking tub. The third bedroom has a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom right off the main level.

Each guest room is outfitted with custom artwork, comfortable beds and pillows, plush bedding, premium towels. Main living area and kitchen have direct access to the balcony and are furnished with raw-edge dining table, cooper dining chairs, leather armchairs, a comfortable couch and flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The property is very nice. One glitch on arrival is that VRBO sent me an access code that I didn't need and didn't work. The property manager straightened it out. The walk to Arrowhead chair is indeed very easy. We were a bit disappointed that the community hot tub (one was out of order) and pool closes at 6PM. The kitchen is superbly outfitted. If there is something you need that isn't there you haven't looked hard enough! The downstairs bedroom mattress could use to be replaced. All the other amenities were as described. A very good rental!

The property was super clean, very conveniently located, we loved having the ski lockers and the heated garage space. The arrowhead lift was not open for us, unfortunately, but that was solely due to being early in the season. The shuttles were very convenient and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation!
We had an absolutely amazing vacation. The condo is beautiful and modern and is furnished with everything you could want. Our kids had the best time- the pool is a 1 minute walk from the condo and is large with great adjoining hot tubs. We also loved being able to bring our labradoodle. Great location, great apartment, great owner
The apartment was exactly if not better than described. The furnishings were top notch, the bedding and linens were first class and the owner is super responsive. Underground heated parking is in the building and the neighborhood is full of great walking paths and hiking trails. We were thrilled with our stay. Note: the third bedroom is a loft and open to the main living space below. This was a non-issue for us but thought worthy of mention.

Beaver Creek Gem!
We stayed at this lovely Beaver Creek (Arrowhead) condo for a marvelous 2-week ski vacation, and invited family and friends to join us as they were able. The condo was just perfect for our group! The sleeping accommodations were quite adaptable whether we had adults or families with kids. There was plenty of seating at the beautiful raw-edge dining table or up at the breakfast bar. We very much enjoyed the fireplace during breakfast and après-ski with cocoa. The high ceilings and light-colored decor made the space feel bright and airy. All the bedding and linens were comfortable and warm! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the large refrigerator as we had brought groceries for an extended stay. The condo location was just fantastic…a skier’s dream! The short walk to the Arrow Bahn lift made eating lunch or taking a midday break in the condo reasonable. The neighboring properties created a friendly enclave surrounding the beautiful central fire pit where we enjoyed warm beverages at the end of the day and watched the sun slip below the foothills. The ski lockers were plenty large, and the heated garage kept the locker area comfortable for donning and doffing gear. We absolutely loved our time in this property, and are so grateful it was available for us! We will treasure our memories of this special vacation in beautiful Beaver Creek!

Excellent 2 floor condo
What a treat it was to roll into the heated garage, jump in the elevator w the luggage cart and whisk ourselves up to this 2 story condo. Big windows revealed a beautiful snowy landscape. The fireplace kept It cozy in the living room while we whisked up a meal in the fully loaded kitchen. Then enjoyed the evening talking, watching TV and just relaxing in this well appointed place. Thanks Mike And family , all 7 of us.
