"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"Wonderful condo in the heart of the village. Very clean and great staff onsite as well. A super short and easy walk to the main lifts. The convenience of everything being onsite or nearby in the village made this our best experience staying in Beaver Creek yet. Would love to stay here again! "
